     RON PARKER 

PRESIDENT / CO-OWNER

AIBD BUILDING DESIGNER

       GRADUATE MASTER BUILDER/REMODELER     

     Ron has worked in every facet of the Fred Parker Company over the last forty years. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Management from Texas Tech University in 1977 and spent four years as a construction manager at SouthWestern Medical School for the University of Texas System in the early 90’s. He returned to the company in 1994 as Construction Manager, Project Designer, and Vice-President. Ron is a partner and co-owner of the company and looks forward to continuing the family legacy. He loves building relationships and serving the needs of our clients while creating a cooperative environment with our building team.   

FRED PARKER 

CEO / CO-OWNER / FOUNDER

GRADUATE MASTER BUILDER AND REMODELER

     Fred is a Fort Worth native whose career in the building industry spans more than fifty years. The Fred Parker Company has been recognized throughout the industry as a premier design/build/remodeling firm and many local, state and national awards have been earned by unique design and exceptional construction under Fred’s leadership. 

      Fred is a long time member of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, where he is honored to serve on the Board of Directors. He is one of the founders of the Certified Master Builder Corporation, where for many years he has served as a Board of Directors member. Fred is a Graduate Master Builder, a Certified Graduate Builder and Remodeler, and a Certified Aging In Place specialist. Green Building certification is in process. He has served on City of Fort Worth boards and currently is on the DAC board.

     He is past president of the Builder 20 club, a member of the Big 50 Hall of Fame and was named 2006 Builder Of The Year by the Greater Fort Worth Builder Association.  

 

     GLENDA PARKER

       CO-OWNER/FOUNDER

     Glenda has always been involved in the day to day operations of the company. From her home office she designs brochures, provides marketing copy, and assists the accounting department. She has always been responsible for analyzing documents, (contracts and accompanying documents) in addition to providing oversight to financial and legal affairs. 

     She assists Fred with documentation and correspondence with regards to issues that arise within the special committees and boards he serves. 

 

 

       SHERON HUHN

     CONTROLLER

      Sheron is a Business Administration/Accounting graduate of Texas Christian University. She joined the company as controller in 2001.  Sheron manages all financial matters including accounts payable and the payroll system, plus the systems that include job costing and allowance schedules, providing clients with up to date choices and allowance updates. In addition to monitoring all office procedures, including the marketing program, she is in charge of the pricing process. She also oversees warranty and the backup warranty process.

 

 

          PAUL DISEKER

              PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT   

   Realizing at an early age that he had an apptitude for carpentry and finish trim, Paul worked his way through high school, college and graduate school by using his construction skills.

     Paul is a graduate of  Belmont University and the Southwestern Baptist Seminary.  When he entered the seminary, he began working  for the Fred Parker Company in warranty and finish out.  After graduation, he was given the responsibility of Assistant Project Manager.

     He has decided to make construction his life's work and currently is assistant to Ron Parker in project management, specializing in home systems finish out, warranty and customer service management.

    

PHIL MCDONALD

QUALITY CONTROL, WARRANTY SERVICES

       Although his college studies included creative design, Phil is a professional painter by trade, and his resume includes commercial finish out. He previously worked for a painting contractor that provided service to Fred Parker Company.

     Phil came to the company in 1995 and began work as a remodeling painter. In 2000 Phil was assigned the responsibility for finish out quality control. He provides excellent customer services and warranty touch up.
