We were new to the area and looking to update our 1968 home. We met with several contractors but chose Fred Parker Company because they impressed us on the initial consultation with their professionalism, positive attitude, confidence and friendliness. In the big scheme of things, our project was small compared to others they were working on, but they never treated us differently. We felt valued and important every step of the way. They did a complete gut and remodel of guest and master baths complete with custom cabinets, extended wood flooring from main part of house down the hallway to the bedrooms, painted 4 bedrooms and hallway. They tore down and rebuilt back porch and most recently replaced our roof. Their quality and attention to detail is what makes them great.
