“Trinity Mansion”

The “Trinity Mansion” was featured in the Street of Dreams Tour of Homes held in Mira Vista Country Club in 1994. This is a prominent national housing tour in which a high scale development is featured and builders are carefully selected and represented on the tour. Fred and Glenda Parker selected the perfect lot with an incredible view of Mira Vista golf course. Fred personally managed the construction as well as coordinated all interior details of this magnificent home. Fred led The Fred Parker Design Group along with interior designer Lila Parker ASID of Parker Designs to create a beautiful home that sold during construction to a prominent family in Fort Worth. Lila worked with interior designer Sherry Bishop ASID from Gabbert’s Furniture to furnish this incredible home for the tour.

The Street of Dreams Tour was extremely successful and was viewed by over 20,000 people. The “Trinity Mansion” won 13 top awards and created an opportunity for many great relationships and beautiful homes to be built and remodeled as a result of this fabulous opportunity. “Estate at Trinity Bend”

“The Estate at Trinity Bend” was featured in the Street of Dreams Tour of Homes held in Mira Vista Country Club in 1997. This is a prominent national housing tour in which a high scale development is featured and builders are carefully selected to be represented in the tour. Fred Parker led the Fred Parker Design Group with building designer Richard Berry and Professional Interior Designer Lila Parker ASID to create an elegant and classic home for the tour. Lila worked with interior designers Sherry Bishop ASID and Linda Henderson from Gabbert’s Furniture to furnish the home for the tour. Custom Builder and building designer Ron Parker AIBD managed construction and designed the building and incredible woodwork details for the home.
