RON PARKER

Ron is an exceptional builder with more than 40 years of residential designing and building experience. He is responsible for designing and creating projects for our clients and overseeing the design / build process for the company. Ron worked as a carpenter for the company while attending high school and college. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Production Management with additional studies in Architecture and Corporate Finance from Texas Tech University in 1977. He has worked in every facet of the Fred Parker Company management team following graduation. He spent four years as a quality control manager for the University of Texas System in the early 90’s managing the building of facilities at South Western Medical School where he learned advanced scheduling and quality control systems. In 1994, Ron returned to the company as Construction Manager, Project Designer, and Vice-President overseeing all facets of construction and interior building design. Ron is a partner and co-owner of the company and looks forward to continuing the family legacy. He loves building relationships and serving the needs of our clients while creating a cooperative environment with our building team.
FRED PARKER

Fred is a Fort Worth native whose career in the building industry spans more than sixty years. The Fred Parker Company has been recognized throughout the industry as a premier design/build/rebuilding firm and many local, state and national awards have been earned for unique design and exceptional construction under Fred’s leadership.
Fred is a lifelong member of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association, where he is honored to serve as a life member on the Board of Directors. He has served on many City of Fort Worth boards and committees and is a past president of the Builder 20 club, and a member of the Big 50 Hall of Fame. Fred was voted 2004 “Remodeler of the Year”, 2006 “Builder of the Year”, 2013 “Life Time Achievement Award”, and in 2016 “Home Building Hall of Fame” by the Greater Fort Worth Builder Association.
LILA PARKER
ASID
DESIGN COORDINATOR
Lila is an ASID Interior Designer and a Registered Interior Designer with the State of Texas. Lila works with the building clients with furniture placement, selections of colors and materials, and helps coordinate selections and installation of design components and processes. When an owner has a particular designer they refer to work with, Lila coordinates selections with the owner’s interior designer and the building team to ensure the design build process is complete.
SHERON HUHN
CONTROLLER
Sheron is a Business Administration/Accounting graduate from Texas Christian University, joining the company as controller in 2001. Sheron manages all financial matters including bid and contract management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll systems, and job costing. She also works closely with clients to provide interim draw and allowance updates. She monitors all office procedures, including the marketing program and warranty process. She is a valued member of our team and building family.
PAUL DISEKER
PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT
Paul realized at an early age that he had an aptitude for carpentry and building. Paul worked his way through high school, college, and graduate school using his construction skills in carpentry and construction.
Paul is a graduate of Belmont University in Tennessee and received his Master Degree at Southwestern Baptist Seminary in Fort Worth where he first started working with the company. Paul started working for the company in warranty and finish out supervision. Upon graduation, and consulting with Ron Parker, Paul made a decision to continue his career in construction management as Ron’s assistant Project Manager helping in managing all aspects of construction. Paul has worked for the company over 20 years and is a valuable asset to the building team. He is responsible for all aspects of construction and project management including scheduling, quality workmanship, and managing client changes, insuring the high standards of the company and the needs of the clients are met.
KARI PATTERSON
ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT
Kari, is our newest member to the Fred Parker Team. She works the front office in document preparation, schedules appointments and helps coordinate the activities and schedules of the company officers. She has quickly become a valued partner in the building team.
PHIL MCDONALD
QUALITY CONTROL,
WARRANTY SERVICES
Phil is a professional painter by trade and started working for the company in 1995. In 2000 Phil was assigned the responsibility for finish out quality control. He provides excellent finish inspections, and provides help in customer services and warranty issues.
