We utilize extended education and certification available through the National Association of Home Builders, and The Certified Master Builder Corporation.  We have been members of the Greater Fort Worth Builders Association and the Texas Association of Builders for over 50 years.

Greater Fort Worth Builders Association

The Greater Fort Worth Builders Association provides information, communication, and education for members. They interact with local, state, and federal legislative groups to maintain a positive building climate. They provide assistance with policies that affect the building industry.

Texas Association of Builders

The Texas Association of Builders is an affiliate of the National Association of Home Builders. They are committed to bringing its members the education that is required for doing business. They address all of the housing issues that affect the citizens of Texas.

NAHB

The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) is a trade association that helps promote the policies that make housing a national priority. Since 1942, the NAHB has been serving its members, the housing industry, and the public at large. They have a long history in the industry and with serving its members. Their mission is to enhance the climate for housing and the building industry and to promote policies that will keep housing a national priority.

Graduate Master Builder

The Graduate Master Builder Certification is a certification we have earned through the Home Builders Institute of the National Association of Home Builders. This certification represents the highest attainable level.

Certified Graduate Remodeler

Certified Graduate Remodelers must have owned or managed a remodeling business for at least five years, completed Professional Remodeler Experience Profile (PREP), and completed courses required by PREP. All CGR’s are required to provide letters of reference, business insurance, and licensing information for certification approval.

Certified Master Builder

Certified Master Builder / Remodeler certification is based on three principles; Knowledge, Experience, and Ability. It encourages and promotes professionalism within the homebuilding industry. It requires all Certified Master Builders to meet strict qualifications. The program benefits home buyers by providing a means to recognize home builders, remodelers, and associates who meet these rigorous qualifications.

AIBD American Institute of Building Design

AIBD American Institute of Building Design - a professional organization of building designers who are actively engaged in the professional practice of providing building design services. Certified members are required to have more than six-years of work experience, have submitted examples of their work, and have been tested on competencies related to performing services as a building designer.

ASID

ASID American Institute of Interior Design - a leading professional association of interior designers, and design professionals. Members are qualified by education, experience and examination, and adhere to a strict code of ethics and professional conduct. Through educational programs, research and conferences, ASID members receive the most current information on all design related issues.

ASID

Registered Interior Design with the State of Texas - Licensed through the Texas Board of Architectural Examiners and is required to maintain 12 hours of professional training per year.

Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist

Aging-in Place as defined by the NAHB means remaining in one’s home safely, independently, and comfortably, regardless of age, income, or ability level. The Fred Parker Company is a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

U.S. Green Building Council

Green Building is the practice of creating and using healthier and more resource-efficient models of construction, renovation, operation, maintenance and demolition. Fred Parker Company utilizes Green Building technology when appropriate.

Energy Star

ENERGY STAR is a joint program of the United States Environmental Protection Agency and the U.S. Department of Energy to protect the environment through energy efficient products and practices. The Fred Parker Company utilizes Energy Star building technology when appropriate.
