The creative talents of our building and interior design team partner with our clients to ensure their home is everything that they envision; a home that fits their needs and reflects the personality and lifestyle of their family. Our homes have been featured in many magazines such as Professional Builder, Luxury Homes, Custom Builder, Indulge, Builder Architect, and Building Savvy.

Ron Parker holds credentials in The American Institute of Building Designers. Through extended continuing education courses and certifications, Ron and the design team continue to explore new design and product trends to offer the client the most current and creative home designs. Ron works closely with Associate Building Designer and Auto-Cad draftsman Micah Reed creating new plans for new custom homes, major remodeling, addition, kitchens and baths, and whole house redesign.

Interior Design Services are offered by Professional Interior Designer- Alli Walker. Alli worked with Ron and the design-build team in 2016 on a major project called Historical Renovation, listed in the Renovation Gallery under Historical Renovation. Ron and Alli worked together extremely well and recently reconnected to work together again. Alli is a tremendous asset to the team and our clients.

Interior Design for Building Process Services can include:

  • Space Planning and Furniture Placement
  • Lighting Design and Selection of Decorative Fixtures
  • Fixture and Appliance Placement and Selections
  • Color and Material Selections

These are separate in independent services billed directly to client from the interior designer for services, materials, or furnishings provided. An Interior Design Allowance may be included for an introduction to initial design services.

Ron has over 45 years of experience designing, building, and rebuilding beautiful homes. He works closely with our clients and coordinates the talents of the Parker Design Group to create a home that utilizes beautiful architecture, incredible space planning, and the latest in building technology, while meeting the desires and lifestyles of our clients. With his experience in framing and trim carpentry, he has a very special talent for millwork design and follows through with close supervision, ensuring that every detail is accomplished. He enjoys the relationships that are established through working with our clients in designing and building the home of their dreams.

Ron studied mechanical drawing and residential design for four years in high school and completed additional classes in architecture while earning his business degree at Texas Tech. After graduation in 1977, he joined the company as a Project Designer and in 1984 was tested and accepted into the American Institute of Building Design.

Design Awards

  • First Place Design Award from the Texas Institute of Building Design for Major Remodeling/Renovations.
  • First Place Design award from Texas Institute of Building Design for New Custom Home Design.
  • Received honors from the Historic Preservation Council for restoring the woodwork details in the Dining Room at Historic Thistle Hill.

Micah is a valuable member of the design team and works closely with Ron in the design-build process. He has an excellent work ethic from his experience serving as a US Marine, but also a love of people from his caring parents who served a lifetime in ministry as a pastor and wife. His work includes measuring and creating plans from existing structures and site conditions, development of all building plans, cabinet and other elevations, working drawings, and roof plans. Micah recently learned the art of creating 3-D colored renderings that appear as real as photos.

ALLI WALKER

INTERIOR DESIGNER

Alli was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and attended Baylor University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Textiles and Art Illustration with a minor in Business Administration.  She has 6 years’ experience working for a large design studio in Dallas and began Alli Walker Interiors in 2018. She is passionate about bringing clients’ inspiration and ideas to life, and her hands on approach and down to earth demeanor allow clients to feel comfortable and understood. 

Alli will provide great ideas and inspiration photos relevant to the project, review architecture plans, furniture placements, exterior finishes, paint samples, decorative lighting, flooring, tile, appliances, plumbing fixtures, cabinet hardware, wallpaper, etc.  Alli assists clients with furnishings and décor and presents one-of-a-kind furnishing ideas to create a beautiful new look for their home.  Once the project is finished, Alli’s white glove team will move in the new furnishings and reveal to the client their new spaces.
