THE RENOVATION AND REBUILDING PROCESS INCLUDES:
EVALUATION:A design consult is set to discuss ideas, and determine if the property has the potential for the desired project and discuss the project budget.
DESIGN: Our building design team has a genuine concern for authenticity and will work to blend the new designs with the existing architecture creating a finished project that doesn’t look added-on. Existing plans can be developed if they are not available.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS: After a preliminary design is approved a complete set of specifications will be developed in order to create a fixed cost for contracting.
FINANCING: Recommendations can be made for financing options.
CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT: Final drawings and specifications including allowances are included as the contract documents. The Certified Master Builder Contract is utilized for all contracts. Certified Master Builder is an organization of top tier builders who meet strict financial and legal requirements in order to maintain active membership.
