This gorgeous contemporary home is for a second-generation building client of the Fred Parker Company. The home is located on a large stately and wooded lot in the beautiful Overton Park Area of Fort Worth. Ron Parker-AIBD Building Designer and Graduate Master Builder, collaborated with Lila Parker, ASID Licensed Interior Designer and associate Richard Berry-AIBD Building Designer to work with the clients in creating this incredible home. The design-build team created plans of the existing structures, redesigned and engineered all improvements and renovations, included major reconstruction of existing spaces, and a complete roof redesign. The restoration added several new beautifully detailed additions to the first and second floors including an enlarged Family Room, New Master Bedroom and Master Bath, Outdoor Living Area and Kitchen, and a large upstairs Game Room, Bedroom and Bath. The latest “Smart Home Technology” was utilized as well as updated energy efficiency, including new Andersen Windows and Doors. The site was redesigned and landscaped, and a brick slurry was applied to the existing brick exterior.
