Fred Parker Company has done two projects for us--the latest in 2012. They built an outdoor living area off of the den of our 1971 existing home. It required tricky roof and skylight changes, with a sitting area, built in grill, fire pit and renovation of our pool. They did wonderful architectural drawings for us. They were always more than willing to make changes as we moved forward. You would never know it was an add-on. Everyone that worked on the project was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. We knew we were in excellent hands. When they left our home, you never knew they had been there. Everything was left neat, clean and the way they found it. We would use them again without a doubt, and recommend them highly to others.
