Tuscan Tradition

Builders Ron and Fred Parker worked with this client, her architect, and her interior designer to create this incredible estate. This was the second large custom home designed and built for this client which features elaborate cast stone details, copper and tile roofing, limestone and stucco veneer, and custom wood windows. The interior is large and spacious with groin vault ceilings, tile inlaid archers and floors, and hickory hand-scraped floors, stained wood beams, and a catering kitchen and wine room.

The kitchen features a chef’s oven with elaborate cast stone hood with corbels, granite countertops, tile back splash, shaker style cabinetry with beaded reveal, and glazed finish. The exposed wood beams and hickory wood floors extend from the living and dining room through this elegant kitchen.

The home has a large Cabana complete with outdoor kitchen, vaulted ceiling, exposed beams, cast stone fireplace, uniquely engineered cast stone columns and entrances with limestone floors. The unique swimming pool was designed with an elevated spa and water feature, and cast stone fire bowls.
